The countdown was on when our clients came to us hoping to transform their homes into a spaces they could better entertain. With their daughter walking down the aisle in just a few short months, it was time to open up their main level and make way for hosting friends and family before the big day.
Main Level Makeover
We aimed to take their lackluster and crowded spaces and create a fabulous open-concept living space where all could gather. We relocated a large gas fireplace that divided the kitchen and family room. The space was transformed into a true “heart of the home.” Their one kitchen must-have, a vast island, now offered unobstructed views of the living room and dining room.
A Frame TV is a great design choice for any home. Not only does it double as a statement piece, but there are endless choices of art that can be changed with the seasons or just your mood!
A kitchen makeover is only worth it if you utilize every square inch for a more practical life at home. With tons of new custom cabinetry, there is plenty of storage here! We provided many handy features, including a riser for their gourmet mixer, a spice drawer, and even a separate area for a drink station.
With these custom-fabricated rails, we kept the foyer simple and tidy, and they added just enough modern flair.
Sometimes, an existing space just needs a little love. Some paint and a new, tasteful light fixture took this dining area to the next level. The plush velvet chairs brought a pop of color to top it all off!
This cozy conversation area transformed the sitting room from drab to dreamy. It utilized the beautiful existing arched window to boast bright natural light and enhance the room’s charm.
