While the solid oak cabinets in the kitchen were beautifully maintained, we opted to keep them and install new countertops, backsplash, and hardware to revitalize the space. Removing the old wallpaper and the ceiling bump-out also contributed to a less congested, slightly more contemporary feel. We topped it off with the champagne pendants to add a classic styled feel.
For the great room, we focused on complementing our clients' existing comfortable sofas. The resulting design is a carefully curated space that feels updated yet distinctly homey. We integrated a few new pieces of furniture to refresh the look without making it feel overly modern.
The formal dining room was completely revitalized with a fresh coat of paint. The modern, carefully selected color palette provides an updated backdrop that beautifully complements the room's classic architectural details. The resulting elegant space is the perfect excuse for these homeowners to showcase their heirloom china during special occasions and holiday meals.
